Orders are accepted via e-mail, fax, telephone, written communication, and of course in person at our Little Rock facility.

Pricing: 
A firm fixed price quotation will be provided for the requested work. The cost of digitizing is based on time and complexity of design. Embroidery and Chenille orders are priced according to stitch count and quantity ordered.

Deposits: 
A fifty percent deposit is required on all orders.

Payment: 
Payment of the remaining order balance is required at the time of pickup or prior to shipment of completed orders.

Shipping: 
Shipment of completed orders will be via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground service unless otherwise requested. All shipments will be insured for an amount equal to the actual cost of the order unless otherwise requested. Lasting Impressions Embroidery Company, Inc. will not assume any liability for lost or damaged shipments which were not insured at client request.

Order Processing: 
Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received.
